What started in Newnan is now sharing the all-natural sweetness of homemade ice cream across several nearby cities, including ours!

Another location recently opened in Peachtree City. According to reports, the LaGrange location hopes to open sometime this fall.

If all goes accordingly, Rock Salt Milk Bar in LaGrange will join one familiar neighbor in becoming a new business in the historic Hillside community during the fall season.

In fact, The Oink Joint is an award-winning barbecue place that happens to be the Newnan Rock Salt Milk Bar’s neighbor. It also happens to be opening a LaGrange location in November. Find out more about the upcoming restaurant in our spotlight featuring it!

When Rock Salt Milk Bar in LaGrange does open for business, it will be located next to Beacon Brewing Co.. Beacon can be found at 700 Lincoln St.

Sweet treats at Rock Salt Milk Bar

Naturally, the sweets start with all-natural ingredients that are either local, organic or with no additives. Rock Salt Milk Bar offers more than 20 flavors of their natural, homemade ice cream served in a homemade waffle cone.

That’s just the beginning of the desserts customers will find at Rock Salt Milk Bar in LaGrange.

They will also serve fresh pastries, ice cream cakes and cookies. Cookie choices could include options such as mocha chip cookies, snickerdoodle cookies or lemon cookies, for example.

Treat yourself to a specialty milkshake like “Mint Cookies and Cream,” which features Rock Salt Milk Bar’s homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream and cookies and cream. It’s topped with whipped cream, hot fudge and mini chocolate chips.

Did we mention even the cookies in the cookies and cream ice cream are made in-house from scratch? They are!
